• Sessions will be held each Saturday at 10 am PST over Zoom and includes access to the recordings if you miss.
• Enjoy gentle movements, guided breathing, and simple relaxation techniques, all done from a sturdy chair, so you can build strength, improve balance and calm your mind without getting down on the floor.

• Each 60 minute session includes time for Q&A, modifications and encouragement from Sarah in real time, so you feel seen, supported and safe throughout your practice.
• Practice seated and supported standing poses to improve balance, flexibility and circulation.

• Learn simple breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce stress and quiet the mind.
• Receive clear, encouraging guidance with options and modifications for your unique needs.
